As noted above, we do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. FLASH SM is based in the United States, and the Service is operated from, and your information is processed in, the United States and other countries where our service providers (such as AWS) operate. The Service is intended for users in our supported territories (primarily North America) and is not directed to or offered in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC for the choices they cover. Our cookie choices are described in Section 6.
